The 120-Day Hair Growth Ritual

A calm, repeatable plan for consistency, gentle care and healthier-looking hair over time.

No overnight miracle. Your goal is not perfection. Your goal is to follow a simple routine long enough to judge it fairly.

Your minimum successful day

  • Take your Hair Gummy exactly as directed on the label.
  • Mark the day complete in your tracker or phone.
  • Handle your hair gently.
  • Do not add extra products because you feel impatient.

The four jobs

  • Inside-out support: gummies plus balanced meals.
  • Targeted scalp support: Serum Roll-On used as directed.
  • Gentle protection: less heat, friction and tension.
  • Clear tracking: monthly photos, not daily panic.

Build the daily habit

Attach your gummy to something that already happens: breakfast, brushing your teeth, tea or coffee, or evening skincare. Keep one clear reminder and tick the day complete immediately after use.

Missed a day? Continue with the next scheduled serving according to the label. Never double a serving unless the label or a healthcare professional specifically tells you to.
□ My fixed cue is chosen
□ My reminder is active
□ My product is visible but child-safe
□ I know the label serving
FOUR PHASES. ONE CALM PLAN.

Your 120-Day Roadmap

1

Days 1-30: Build

  • Take baseline photos before changing more things.
  • Choose one cue and reminder.
  • Follow the gummy label consistently.
  • Add serum or tools only after reading their directions.
  • Record irritation or unusual symptoms.
Success: you can explain your routine in one sentence.
2

Days 31-60: Repeat

  • Keep the schedule stable.
  • Simplify anything creating friction.
  • Repeat photos in the same conditions.
  • Review heat, tight styles and rough handling.
Success: the routine needs less thought than Week 1.
3

Days 61-90: Review

  • Compare planned photos side by side.
  • Look for patterns, not one flattering angle.
  • Review visible shedding stress, breakage and scalp comfort.
  • Seek assessment when thinning is worrying.
Success: you have organised information for a calmer decision.
4

Days 91-120: Decide

  • Take Day 120 photos.
  • Judge consistency before judging products.
  • Continue only suitable and affordable steps.
  • Plan a refill before running out.
Success: you know what you used, what you noticed and your next step.

A gentler wash day

  • Detangle from the ends upwards.
  • Cleanse the scalp with fingertips, not nails.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Blot or wrap; do not rub roughly.
  • Use lower heat and fewer repeated passes.

Protect your hairline

If a ponytail, bun, braid or extension style hurts or leaves the scalp tender, loosen it. Vary repeated styles and avoid constant tension around the hairline.

Useful question: does this style protect my hair, or only hold it tightly?

Serum Roll-On

  1. Read the label and patch-test as directed.
  2. Create small parts so product reaches the scalp.
  3. Use the stated amount; more is not better.
  4. Avoid eyes, broken skin and irritated areas.
  5. Stop for significant burning, swelling or rash.

Derma Roller

  • Use only according to the exact device instructions.
  • Never share it.
  • Do not use on broken, inflamed, infected or painful skin.
  • Keep serum and rolling sessions separate unless instructions clearly permit combination.
  • Do not use extra force for faster results.

Track without obsessing

Take five photos on Day 1, 30, 60, 90 and 120: front hairline, centre part, left temple, right temple and ponytail or overall volume.

□ Same room and light
□ Same camera and distance
□ Same hair part
□ Same dry or wet condition
□ No filters or portrait blur
□ Photos only on planned days
Monthly review: rate consistency, note scalp comfort, record health or medication changes, and choose one small action for the next month.

When to get professional help

Speak with a GP, dermatologist, pharmacist or other qualified professional when shedding is sudden, severe, patchy or persistent; the scalp is painful, burning, swollen, bleeding or has sores; your part is rapidly widening; or you are worried about the cause.

Ask before using supplements if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a health condition or already using other vitamin products. Tell the professional arranging a blood test that you take a biotin-containing supplement.
