These Terms of Service govern your use of innerstrands.store and purchases from InnerStrands. The store is operated by MUHAMMAD ASEEF LTD, company number 16601423, registered at 25 Heywood Old Road, Middleton, Manchester, England, M24 4QS. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MUHAMMAD ASEEF LTD trading as InnerStrands.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and must provide accurate, current information. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; or infringe another person's rights.

2. Gummies and health information

InnerStrands Biotin Hair Gummies are food supplements, not medicines. Website content, reviews, quizzes and customer-service messages are general information only and are not medical advice. Our gummies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and individual results vary.

Read and follow the product label, ingredients, allergen information, warnings and recommended use. Do not exceed the stated daily amount. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, are due to have laboratory tests, or have concerns about an ingredient, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use. 3. Product information

We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear different on screens or change from time to time. Images are illustrative. The label supplied with the product is the controlling source for ingredients, quantity, directions and warnings. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, delivery restrictions, unlawful resale or inability to authorise payment. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping included or payable will be shown at checkout. International customers may separately owe import VAT, customs duty or handling charges. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

6. Promotions and bundles

Promotions are subject to their displayed terms, availability and end date. “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” supplies two jars for the price shown and “Buy 2 Get 2 Free” supplies four jars for the price shown, unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Free jars form part of the promotional bundle, have no separate cash value and must be included when an unopened bundle is returned. Offers cannot be combined unless we expressly allow it. We may refuse misuse, duplicate claims or orders placed to circumvent limits.

7. Shipping, title and risk

Shipping options, estimates and responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy. We aim to deliver within the timeframe agreed at checkout and, where UK law applies and no other timeframe is agreed, without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law, generally when the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, the 90-day first-purchase guarantee, sealed-goods rules, cancellations, damaged orders and bundle refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. That policy is incorporated into these terms and does not replace statutory rights.

9. Subscriptions

If you choose an auto-refill or subscription option, the displayed subscription details and our Subscription Policy also apply. A subscription is created only when you expressly select and confirm it.

10. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Transactional emails about orders or accounts are part of the service. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, video, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the site for lawful shopping. No other licence is granted.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is accurate to your honest experience, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting InnerStrands, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

13. Third-party services and links

Shopify and other third parties provide parts of our store. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party sites and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

14. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or discontinue site features and may correct errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but this does not affect accepted orders or rights that have already arisen.

15. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where applicable, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase. If you use the site for business purposes, additional limitations permitted by law may apply.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will respect any cancellation or refund rights that apply.

17. Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available to you under the law of your home country.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. The terms in force when your order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law.
